Graduation Speech

Well this is it, we’ve made it. Our time in middle school is coming to an end, as soon as we turn around and see the new chapter of our lives that is ready to be opened. We’ll look back at all the memories that we had from kindergarten to 8th grade. Perhaps they weren’t all good memories but everything that we’ve been through and the way we faced the obstacles is what makes us who we are. Our teachers have prepared us for high school so we’ll be able to face and pass the obstacles that come in our way in high school. Middle school has gone by fast, I’ll admit that as years went by here I always said,”I can’t wait until summer comes because then we leave school” but then now I realize that this time when summer comes we won’t return to the same school. I know I’ll really miss the teachers here, and I hope that I have awesome teachers in high school just like I did in Golf.

A Letter To My 5th Grade Self

Dear Yaire from the past,

It's not THAT bad, you will definitely get more homework than you did before. That's why you should work hard to achieve all your goals. Remember that you should participate more and have as much fun as you can because believe it or not the years pass by in the blink of an eye. OH AND DON'T FORGET TO BRING ENOUGH MONEY FOR FIELD TRIPS. There are going to be fun field trips with cool gift shops but I will say that the merchandise is a little expensive. 

Endings and Beginnings

GEEZ I can't believe school is almost over!!!! I really want to end the year with all A's. I want to end the year with the best memories but I am not ready to GRADUATE!!! I will say that I CAN'T WAIT FOR SUMMER! My goals for the beginning of this summer is to be more active. I go outside a lot but I wanna do more things that are fun.

It's Complicated

School is something that falls in this category but to be fair it can be fun. I say this because it's fun to be able to talk and hang out with my friends, some activities that we do are fun too. The thing that is complicated would be all the pressure of tests, homework, and final exams. If it weren't for that school would actually be pretty nice.

FOOD!!

This is supposed to be a free post so I'm gonna talk about the first thing that pops into my head. FOOD! I have many favorite foods like pizza, burgers, dumplings, ramen noodles, tacos, burritos, tamales, steak, and my list goes on and on. I crave like 100 things per day. I wish the school cafeteria would give more food because the portions are super small, many people are still famished after they finish eating.

A Tribute To My Mom

Tributes can be written for someone who has passed away but I'm writing a tribute to my mom. My mom has been there for me all my life, she has taught me so many things about life. She always took care of me when I was hurt or sick, and when I do something that I definitely shouldn't have done she lectures me and there is always a consequence. When I look back at everything that my mom has done for me, I realize that she has sacrificed so much just for me. I feel guilty for every wrong thing that I have done and every mistake I did, but even then my mom still loves me for who I am regardless of my mistakes.
