My Name

My name is Yaire and it means enlightens and shines, it's a Hebrew and Spanish name. I think that my name is unique, but it's also always mispronounced. I got used to it though. My mom actually wanted to name me Nicole, but one day she was watching TV, and they were talking about a singer named Yaire, and my mom loved that name the moment she heard it, so instead she decided to name me Yaire.

What I'm Grateful For.

I was racing to the hilltop running as fast as I can. When I made it to the top of the hill I looked around at the beautiful view. Then I thought how I have so much to be grateful for.

  1.  I am thankful to have such an amazing family who loves and cares about me and who I know that I can trust.
  2. I am thankful for food because there are other people who unfortunately don't have the same luck as us. We are able to eat all types of food.
  3. I am thankful for water because our water is clean and it calms my thirst.
  4. I am thankful for candy because I can eat all of the delicious sweets.
  5. I am thankful for my health because some people many health issues and can't walk or run.
  6. I am thankful for education because I am able to learn more and become more intelligent.
  7. I am thankful for hospitals because if we are hurt then they will help us get better.
  8. I am thankful for cars because if we need to go somewhere (especially if it's far) it will be easier to get to the destination.
  9. I am thankful for bathrooms because if we need to get rid of our waste then we can go to the bathroom which has a toilet and a sink to wash our hands. Luckily since we have bathrooms we don't have to dig a hole in the ground or hide behind a bush.
  10. I am thankful for everything that I have. Although I don't have luxurious items I at least have something and some people in the world are wishing that they had what we have.

GLORIOUS FOOD!!

When I was little my friends and I would have a little feast together, we each had to bring some food (they were my neighbors so we just set up a little table that I had outside). I love food and I can eat a lot so since I thought of the idea to have a feast I decided to bring a little more food  than I planned. I had help from my mom because if I made the food then it would NOT taste good. We made ramen noodles, brownies, cookies, we popped popcorn, and we brought chips with the dip sauce. My friends brought delicious food too, luckily someone brought drinks because I forgot about that. When we began to eat I was SO happy because there was food all over the table! We finished everything, there was not a single left over!

Walking Down Memory Lane

Where do I begin with my childhood favorites? There are so many amazing memories from when I was little. I'm just going to talk about my favorite TV show,  Spongebob Squarepants. Man, was I obsessed with Spongebob. I would watch it every single day. I watched every episode and never missed a day, my dad would buy me Spongebob toys and I even got a Spongebob backpack. I love all the characters and all the episodes. I won't talk too much about my obsession with Spongebob or else I'll be writing for a long time, but according to a family member, the show, Spongebob Squarepants, has changed me in different ways because apparently I'm really "peculiar" (they mean it in a nice way though). They also said I talked 3x more than I normally did, which would mean I did a lot of talking. I still like Spongebob Squarepants a lot, not much has changed but I'm not as obsessed as I was before.

The time I went to California.

I remember the time when I went to California, I had so much fun. My aunt let me feed the pigs and the chickens. I liked picking up the chickens but they didn't like it, they always pecked at me. Then, my family and I went to Disneyland, that was really fun. We hung out there and I got to hang out with my cousins and go on rides with them. The next day, I remember that I woke up early (which is pretty unusual) and I began to explore the house. I found mats and I realized that I can race my cousin on the stairs; so I woke her up. We raced on the stairs and we fell several times but I won that race. A few minutes later, the rest of my family woke up and they began to make breakfast.

Image result for inspirational quotes
This quote is important to me because a lot of people say that they can't do something but really they can, they are just not trying. I believe that everyone can accomplish something but it's their choice if they really want to do it. Everyone must have courage and have that decision to try.
